Pocket Parks, Parkettes and Nature Spaces

Small towns and villages are often alot closer to nature than big cities and can include nature strips, woodland parks and small parkettes to create places for people to meet and build relationships with each other, animals, plants, birds, fungi, reptiles and all other living and non-living elements of the ecosystem. Natural spaces and waterways promote diversity while providing food and habitat for the ecological community. This includes seating areas that encourage people to gather and connect with each other and the ecosystem around them.
